Procedure for Booking a Speaker
One of the main reasons to use Green Industry Speakers Bureau is to make
booking your chosen speaker as easy possible! Because time is of the
essence, it is advised that you begin this process at least 3 months prior
to your scheduled event.

Request
for Speaker: Simply fill out and submit the Booking
Request Form. After the request form is completed, a Green Industry Speakers
Bureau representative will call you to confirm receipt and send your
request to your selected speaker. You
can also call us during normal business hours to speak to one of our
agents and we'll go through the form at that time, then send it on
to your requested speaker. If the person isn't
available on the date you requested,
will make every effort to find you a suitable substitute.

The
Contract:
Once we have received confirmation by the speaker, we will email
you the Booking Agreement *. This
form will include specific details such as the event sponsor, date,
fee, expenses, location and any other relevant information. The
Booking Agreement is then sent to the Speaker for their signature. This
will serve as confirmation of the speaker's acceptance of all terms and
conditions of the engagement. After the signed Booking Agreement is received by Green Industry Speakers Bureau, we
will send you a copy for your signature.

Deposit and Fees:
Upon confirmation of booking, an invoice for the 30% deposit of the speaker's
fees will be emailed to you. Payment will be made through PayPal,
unless another method, such as mailing a check, is agreed to in
advance. A copy of the signed contract will then be returned to you via FAX
along with the final Pre-Event Questionnaire.

Pre-Event
Questionnaire: The form includes all
the technical and logistical aspects of your event. The Speaker's final
itinerary including information regarding hotel arrangements, flights,
schedule of events, information on your organization and any other vital
details. This also includes phone numbers to reach all parties should
the need arise to discuss any last minute issues. Return this form via
FAX, email or U.S. Mail, no later than 14 days prior to the
event.
Our goal is to make your
speaker-scheduling process run as smoothly as possible and also make it
a bit more enjoyable and stress-free!

The Booking Agreement is a legal contract and must be signed
by the legal representative of your organization authorized to act on
behalf of your organization.
